    need help with allroad!!

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
so this morning i came out of work, and my car was slammed on all four corners. the air suspension isn't responding to the buttons on the dash at all they light up but nothing happens. i can't hear the compresser running in the back either.

if anyone has any advice on what i should do that would be great. i really need to get this fixed before i damage the suspension.

Check fuses or hook up a Vag Com to see the codes.

    Issue? send me an email

When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.

Had this happen on my allroad, and it ended up being the suspension air pump.

Just the part was almost 900! ouch!

After reading that write up over on the allroadfaq thing. It doesn't seem very hard at all. I would be all over that.

    Re: need help with allroad!!

i remember reading a write up somone had done and they said that you had to do some programing to the ecu so you didn't throw a whole mess of codes. but the write up wasn't a real detailed one and didn't go into depth much. does anyone know anything about this? or can just basically bolt up a new suspension and be fine?

Thats awesome. If you could ride at that hight and be comfortable the slammed look is great on that car. I even like the beefy tires of the 17's.

My bet is suspension control module, which is like a $140 part. Located in the rear behind the jack/toolbox if I remember correctly. VAG will tell you for sure.
