    urS6 034 Exhaust System

I got the 034 Exhaust system for my urS6. I got the down pipe on, but I cannot get the rest of it to fit properly. It hangs much to low.....and I can't help but to second guess myself on which order to put the piping in. I have no cats in the system, only 1 muffler on the end. I am waiting on two more v-bands to come in that didn't come with my exhaust, so I still have opportunity to mess with it.

Does anyone have experience with this system? Anyone have pics??

    Re: urS6 034 Exhaust System

Yes and Yes. I have the same system, and had similar issues. The midsection does hang a little low, the key is, get everything clamped together, but dont snug anything up. This way you can move the sections around to get the desired fitment. It is best to have the car on a lift while doing this. BTW, that exhaust sounds absolutly great! The build quality is second to none, welding was done properly (dp was back-purged, 100%penetration on all the welds). My vbands do leak a little, but nothing some high temp rtv/ or the copper gasket paste crap can't fix.

i have it on, and I made an extra hanger so that the flex bend between the muffler and mid section don't hang so low....do you have pictures you could post by any chance?
