Saddest Halloween

Hey guys, i was on my way to the interstate when the worst thing could happen.

Heres the story - 4 lane road. I was about 500 feet before an intersection, with a green light, doing 45 in the right lane. Two cars were in the left lane waiting to make a turn, and my luck has to have a guy in a 320 benz in the opposite direction making a left turn. He didnt even PEAK OUT to see if any cars were coming. he just ASSUMED nobody was since he couldnt see beyond the other two cars making a left on my side of the street.

So heres my carnage












So for the end in a nutshell, Im not at fault. The other driver made the claim and said it was his fault. I have a witness always stating it was the other drivers fault.

Then i was at the hospital for 4 hours to get checked out. I missed all the girls in their slutty costumes

So this is the icing on the cake for my shitty past two weeks. Im saying the car is totalled. The engine is pushed back and the whole front is gone. Hopefully i can buy it back and part it out.

My plan is to take my engine, do a nice build on it and get some GT28s?!?! and put my engine in a S4 that im gona buy that has a blown engine or something.

Yes i plan on buying back the car. Hopefully i can, ive heard some many different things from family and friends i really dont know what to expect. If i can make more money buying it back and parting it out, then i will. If not, ill have to buy some cheap ass rims and take my rims and leave.

Thx man, im like 99% its totalled. Even if it wasnt, i wouldnt want it. I would not trust it and there is no resale value for a crashed car. Hopefully i can find something else. Did lazer red come in a 2000?

Unfortunately the door isnt crumpled bc of the impact. When i hit the the other car, i turn 90 degrees clock wise and must of hit the other guys car. But either way, both from doors are pinched. I cant even open the drivers door any more. Also i checked the distance between the front wheel and fender on each side. The passenger side if atleast 1/2 inch less than the drivers side.

Im going to be there when the adjuster will look at the car, and will bitch until i get the right amount of money or be able to buy back the car bc of the mods i want to take off. Ill see what happens.

It was a very bad night for S4's. And its completely blows that i am one of the casualties. Well I guess its time to upgrade.

This is also my second accident at college that is not my fault. I just have bad luck in this area. My next S4 will never be up here.

master of the obvious... the lower molding along the door doesn't have any damage, and the crumple-zone in the front of the car is designed to transfer the energy down the sides of the car away from the occupants

Ezra, you are right with the crumple zone, and Duct is correct about the door. I cant open the driver side door and the crumple in the passenger side fender is bc i forced the passenger door open. The frame definitely got pushed back and pushed the front doors into the b pillars.

dude F&@$ that if you have full coverage you make sure and tell them this is exactly why you took out full coverage on the car, i had a stang some cock ass ended me in it and it totaled my car and just since it was a 98 they tried giving me 5 grand for it! i payed 6 for the procharger on it!!

Dont let those insurance ass holes rip you off anymore! make sure that tool knows you spent 10k on a stage 3 kit!! its an audi i dont think he could tell if he wanted too lol

just a thought but why not buy the car back fix the frame and body strip it and since your already thinking of gt30's? make it a full blown beast since youll have a new DD. none the less Im sorry to hear about it I hope everything works out!

some cases you dont my friend flipped his 04 silverado work truck which is only worth like 6k or so and insurance company gave him like 8 or 9k for it so flipping his truck actually turned out good for him cause he got a really nice tahoe and some extra cash

Sorry to see yet another S4 in such a condition. I talked to my insurance company before going with them because I want to go Stage III and I found out that for a couple extra bucks a month they will cover all your mods. That way you don't lose all the time and money you put into her.

Im going to buy the car back either way, I got a good deal to buy it back. I wont make it into a track car just bc i cant drop a minimum of 10g for huge turbos and just have it as a track car. I need a good S and a beater for school. So we'll see what i can find. No more silver, lol, its like every silver is a target.

As for your question, YES, my trunk opened too upon impact. I was like WTF?? but i guess its designed like that just incase you can open your door.
