    Gone bad, very. Help

Ive been having a bunch of problems with my car, Major little things(things that i can figure out) TRE, Control Arms, Struts, BS problems. But this.....

When i am in parking lot speeds, we will say 20MPH in 3rd gear that brings me to about 1K..My car stutters like crazy. It is only 3,4&5 Gear that does it though, and as soon as i go above say 1500 RPM's it wont stutter.

When i am turning shift into 3rd pull into the street hit the gas car goes...Then stutters feels like it is almost going to stall. It feels like a very shaky start up with someone who doesn't know how to drive stick.

    Any Ideas?

check engine and trans mounts. your is car dbw. maybe the throttle body is dirty and its trying to compensate. take off the boot to it and check for brown residue around the rim of the plate. clean with throttle body cleaner spray while key on engine off, and accelerator pedal depressed. re-adapt by cylcing key and leave in on position for 2-5min before starting. or if you have vag-com, check mvb 3 field 3. at idle, throttle angle should be below 3%. if above, clean the throttle as stated. then re-adapt using basic settings block 60 with key on engine off. Are there any recent major mods prior to this occurring? does it do it when it's cold, warmed up, or all the time?

...20mph in 3rd gear sounds like your car is just almost stalling...why don't you downshift.

I thought about that but it only does it in the low RPM Area.

What he said. You're driving a 6cyl, they don't have the low end grunt of a V8, that was cool when I had my Camaro, not now.

The shutter/stutter you're feeling is a combo of all the drivetrain slop. OEM mounts are pretty buttery, dual mass flywheel, etc. You're applying torque to the drivetrain and it's mechanically fighting back. Our gear ratios are short for a reason.

My car normally operates, aside from pulling away from a stop light, from 2000-3500rpm. That allows smooth engagement of each gear, decent fuel mileage and no bucking, stuttering, shuttering, or beating the hell out of my rod bearings.

EDIT: I re-read above, my 6cyl would do the same thing, for the same reasons explained above. The more rotating mass and engine has the less likely it is to do what you describe. This is why my Camaro didn't do it, and my Audi does.

Get it checked out as soon as possible. Or tear into it with a notepad and digital camera so you can make notes on everything wrong. Then get it all back together and rolling while you plan your attack and get your hands on some parts. Then the next weekend you can do some real work and fix it for good.
