Weird noise

Alright, me and my noises :)))
If i go over 25mph with an open window, there is this sound coming from the front wheel(s). it reminds me of this: remember when we used to be small kids, we put that plastic piece between the spokes on a bycicle so it was making that ts ts ts sound :)
Basically everytime my wheel goes a full circle-there is that noise. Could that be loose brake pads?

Thanks, looks like there was a piece of a rock in my rear tire. Dont hear that sound any more.
