Anyone with a GT28R willing to give me a ride

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Just wondering if anyone here has a GT28R on there A4 and would be willing to give me a ride, I'm debating on a GT28R or GT28RS and wanted to see if the GT28R would be enough power for me. TIA...

The motor is stock and I was just trying to do the turbo once, since this is my DD. What do you mean it's a rod snapping turbo.

means it has a power surge which is known to snap rods. or maybe that was just awe tuning it too aggressive. either way, a gt28rs has more linear power delivery....

yep, AWE blew a few motors getting their 28R kit to work... even though it pushes less power than a 28RS...

is it going on a B6? maybe with some custom software it would be good... AWE tuned it REAL conservative on the B6.. It was like only 270awhp even on race gas, ~230awhp on pump
