Key set to Seat?

I tried a search but could not find anything specific. Has anyone be able to get there individual keys to set for specific seat memory? I tried the instructions in the manual but I can not get it to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Never looked this up in the manual, but heck, how hard is it to reach down and push a seat memory position? Is this even possible for our cars? Maybe it's only on the newer ones, B7?

I think the key that is in the ignition is selected when you set the memory on the seat with the ignition on.
