To those who blackout their grilles...

Do you black out the trunk chrome piece as well? I'm thinking about blacking out my front, but I think it will look odd with the chrome trunk piece in the rear?

i blacked out the front grill and yes i want to black out the back part but since you never see them at the same time you cant tell

Depends on the color of your car... Blacked out only only works with certain colors..

its NOT chrome. its brushedddd!

^^No its not. Its chrome. Well actually its like painted shiny silver, but it is certainly not brushed

my trunk thing is black already. But i just blacked out the grill. It looks SOO much better.

i have my grill blacked out and there is some poeple on here who can take that brushed trunk piece and lay down some cf not sure what the names are...just do a search

I believe they call it matte finish or brushed aluminum.

i just took mine off and painted it last weekend. got a silver USP.. but i also have my grills blacked out, and i plan on throwin on some black trunk rings too, sincei also just debaged the rear rings :)
