Anybody wanting to Trade S4 (AT) for S4 (AT) Avant

I need more room with two young kids so I'm looking to trade my 2005 S4 for an 2005 S4 Avant. Color needs to be Yellow, Gray, or Blue and an automatic.

My car is in excellent condition with 36k miles and has a 2year/60K "Comprehensive" extended warranty through an Audi dealer.
Cold weather package w/ mats
Automatic-Tiptronic trans w/ paddle shifters
No modifictaions other than tint, K&N air filter, Hotchkis Sport Suspension Sport Anti-Roll Bars (F & R), front spoiler (LLTek) and replica audi 18" RS4 Wheels.
Included are the S4 stock rims in excellent condition.
This car has all records and has been serviced at Niello Audi in Sacramento.
Just completed 35k service
Tires have 70% tread.
