Swapping suspension btw Sedan & Avant

So I came to the Audi world from a jetta wagon. It seems, however, I wasn't quite ready to leave the wagon world. If I were to sell my sedan and buy a b6 Avant, would my CO's swap right over? That's the only mod I have that I'm not 100% sure about.

unlikely, the spring rates, the rear in particular, are different btw sedan and avant, and most companies over different set-ups for these 2.

No the suspensions are completley different. For example the Jetta has front MacPherson Strut suspension, the A4 looks like struts, but isn't Macpherson strut suspension.

Uh he is saying from swaping from sedan to avant. Not vw to audi.

Besides the spring rate issue if it is an issue, I would say yes they swap right over.

what are you running now? i'm sure you could sell them fast as hell on the classfieds, then you can just get the right ones for your new avant.

Right now I have a set of Megan racing coilovers. They used my car as the test for fitment before they put them up for sale. I guess you could call them prototypes. I got three sets installed for free before we got one that we liked.
