Confused??? DSMIC OR FMIC???

Hi, im new to these forums, I just got my testpipe installed and now I was looking into buying a Racetec fmic. ( Im installing my neuspeed exhaust tommorow).
I went to my shop today and they told me FMIC would take 8h's to install and thats its not worth it because itll drop to much pressure and it will need custom work because of the bumper.
He told me a DSMIC is the best option, is this true???

Racetec needs no bumper cuts.
All this is overkill unless you plan to upgrade. Are you still running stock turbo and software?
A shop that has no clue may take 8 hours. Anyone who has done it can do it in a few, tops.

still on the k03... lol it blew and got a new one from the dealer, so im stuck with it for awhile... ;(
I got unitronic stage 1, knn , forge splitter, cold plugs , samco and a atp testpipe.

So with a Racetec you need no modifications or cutting off the bumper or the rebar? I'm running APR Stage 1, would this be overkill? Also, I'm planning for next year an APR Stage 3+, would this be enough? Sorry for the semi threadjack

do your "OWN" research on front mounts...dont let a shop tell you..go to racetec's website and see their results for yourself...mine will be in next week to ill let you know how it works out..ive never heard any negatives with any setup
