Front plate mounts

So I think I'm gonna break down and put my front plate on the Audi, however I do not want to drill any holes in the front of the bumper. Are there any mounts were I can attach my NY front plate and a Euro plate either above or below the Ny plate without drilling the front of the bumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I put a magnet on the inside of my bumper and a magnet on the back of the licence plate. works pefectly

I've been using velcro for about 2 years without any issues. Need to find heavy duty velcro of course.
