used to live in fort worth, audi's were a rare sight where i lived in the 'burbs south of forth worth. got my old b6 (still in fort worth with my dad for sale) car programmed at istooks. (great place) in crowley, my family had more audis than i've seen in that whole town. moms had an a6, and i had three different a4's throughout the years. was able to eat up ricers who thought their integras were fast in my b6 1.8tq, with only revo and forge 007 dv. and it was a tiptronic car too. too many fun times out there behind the miller brewery / mrs bairds bakery.
a friend of mine in a 97 camaro ss was racing this evo with programming, and his other ricer friends were gonna run behind them, and heh, none of those cars stood a chance, there was even an older ranger with the 5.0 swap i beat. the evo beat me of course, but the camaro beat the evo (i think it was more into driver ability, the evo had the edge powerwise, the SS was stock except for straight pipes the previous owner put in, my friend also drag races at kennedale on his candy orange 04 zx-10r, lightly modded he runs a 5.9 @ 119 in the 8th)
