    want to upgrade Revo software

I want to upgrade from just software to software and injectors. What is a realistic max hp you can get from this setup if you add stuff like downpipe, intercooler, water injection and SPS3 etc.

Do you think it would be possible to get an extra 100hp over stock.

    Thanks,
    Bill

Re: want to upgrade Revo software

I'm just looking for a little more hp because I'm really starting to get bored with it. Hell I've even thought about getting the new CTS-V....but my car is paid for and I really like the way it looks compared to the CTS-V.

    But 550hp sounds pretty good!!

so what are the numbers for Revo stage 2?
I've seen 225-235hp and 275-280 lb/ft torque does that sound about right?

I was hoping to get about 270hp and 300 lb/ft torque with out a turbo upgrade but that might be a pipe dream.

does Revo have a K04 software?

I guess I should just do the stage 2 get all the other supporting mods and then get the K04 turbo w/Revo K04 software. Or would it be more cost effective to get the GTRS at that point.

Might as well get the GTRS. I'm starting out fresh too, I'm gonna go with Revo cause I know I want to go BT. The only thing about Revo is that they dial down the tune until you have all of the proper supporting mods. Stage 1 is just the chip. Stage 2 is chip, injectors, FMIC, exhaust, etc.
They don't have a Stage 1+ (chip+injectors) like other tuners.
But by the time you go Stage 2, you're pretty close to having everything you'd need for the GTRS so you may as well go that route.

I have the stage 1 Revo and I also went with Revo because I thought I might get to the GTRS or some other BT stage someday.

Good move. It'll save you money later if you do decide to do it.

no, it's $200 more, plus labor if your shop decides to charge you for it, good shops won't.
