    Hey so when i start up my car my vaccum in park and nuetral is at 20, but when i put it in a gear (drive or reverse) in drops to 18...? is this normal?

    How can i tell if i have a vac/boost leak?

    Yeah thats normal because your engine has a very slight load on it when you do that so it decreases the vacuum. I am assuming you have a tip?

    yes that is normal. if you had a leak, ur boost wouldnt build to the max it is set at, or your vac wouldnt be as low as 18. it would be higher.
