tune with emissions and test pipe options???

Guys I have a 00 A4 1.8t and am about to have an issue passing emissions because my secondary injection pump no longer works, and I have a test pipe. I also want to chip my car, probably sticking with just the K03 (quite possibly K04) cuz I'm tiptronic.

Now the question is, is there anyone who would be able to chip/tune my ecu with the option to basically turn off all emissions checks? And for a relatively cheap price... I hope that makes enough sense.

hit me up. i can turn off all emissions. i wouldnt feel so comfortable about making you a chipped file yet though. maybe in the future.
