Here's my invoice... what do you think?

I had all these parts replaced (shown on invoice) due to many coolant leaks, control arms/tre needing to be replaced, and I figured might as well go ahead and do the TB + some maintenance crap.

The guy did a great job. All parts are oem audi; he got them from the dealership supplier being an ex-audi tech; just wanted to see how fair of a price I paid. Thanks.

    -secondary water pump (auxillary)
    -intake manifold gaskets
    -coolant G12
    -right washer jet pump
    -control arms: all 4 upper
    -right side tie rod end
    -alignment
    -air filter
    -timing belt, tensioner
    -thermostat
    -ribbed belt
    -water pump
    -inner cv boot x2 (both)
    -vast snub mount
    -new radiator

    Total parts and labor: $3100

    Thanks.

Yeah that's about right considering the amount of work you had done. You might have went stage 3 if you're not already.

Seems pretty reasonable considering all the work done.

After reading the list, I was actually expecting it to be more. Invoice is fine.

The majority of the work you had done is work that is done when going stage 3...never really finished my thought :) These cars are expensive to be worked on, but I'm sure it drives and feels muuuuuch better.

Re: Here's my invoice... what do you think?

Thanks for the responses. Yes the car does feel and drive much better now. I was told by my mechanic to fix my control arms about 15k miles ago, and I've been putting it off until now. My coolant leaks were terrible... I was filling up my coolant reservoir about once a month and it was just going everywhere. I went ahead and did the whole timing belt job because something was wrong with my water pump.

slmds4: the cv boots themselves are pretty cheap, like $20-30 each. The expensive part is the labor, which cost me 1.5 hours per side.

johnkent1212: why are these usually done when going stg3? It seems like normal maintenance (coolant leaks, control arms, tb) work to me.
