    NEW MEMBER w/Old Topic...3.2 mods

I'm a new member of the forum, and a new Audi owner. This is the first Audi I've owned and the more I drive the car, the more I like it. Years ago I had a really sweet 2002, lowered, huge sway bars, and Chromadora wheels. Back then I ate 240Z's alive, and as I recall it was one of the best handling cars I ever owned; way better than the 320i. I Drove the 320i during the week and terrorized the 2002 on the weekend. The Audi A4 3.2 reminds me a little of my 2002 for some reason; just a lot of fun. Enough living in the past. I would like to know if re-programming the 3.2 engine is worth the money 034 Motorsport charges. Sounds like a gain of about 13HP and 15lb/ft of torque. I know that most of the crowd drives 2.0T's, but I don't like turbo lag, and this is an everyday commuter. Can anyone add insight without lecturing me on the benefits of a turbo Audi. From my initial research it sounds like intake, exhaust and re-programming are the only mod's short of a supercharger that are available.

    Thanks for your assistance,
    Dutch

well, if you do a search, there is a thread dedicated to what mods a v6 can do, but you sum'd it up. Not many people, if any have really done a chip...price to high and gains very little. Search that thread it might give you more of an insight to what is capable of being done!

How? and who is "we all" since I haven't heard of one person who has it. Not supporting those claims in anyway (nor the company) just wondering how you can be so certain.
