Yeah, well I know there is already a thread on this, but this is just a heads up for all of you guys... It's a long read I know, I know.

So I had this problem where I had water leaking on my passenger floor. It was really bad. I decided to see if the battery drains recall was done. Checked with the dealer and got the car in to do the job. I taught it was done but after I washed the car, floor was wet again...

I then read to check plenum drains, cabin filter seal, A/C evap. drains etc..

So the same day, I took out the cabin filter and put some silicone, something I had laying around. Checked the plenum and all the other drains, everything was good. Now, if it started leaking again, it was mostly the A/C, right?!

Well yea, it started leaking again... But it's not the A/C because it got wet when it was raining outside and I did not get it! I brought it to a specialized shop and found out the the seal where the wires go from the body to the passenger door was not sitting properly, so we put that back on with some silicone. First rain comes on, nothing... So I guess It's fixed...

Nah, two days ago, it started leaking again... So I took out my cabin filter box and the silicone I put on was all hard and not looking like it was sealing anymore. Even tough the guys at the shop poured water on it, it didn't leak...

So I resealed it with new silicone that is made for that. I wait for it to dry while I was also drying my passenger floor... I then start pouring water on the thing, with everything resembled to see if it's leaking. And IT DOES AGAIN! Fack.... I take back everything and put it back.. Then start pouring and I poured for an hour and nothing got in the car anymore. I think it's fixed now since I stayed for an hour pouring the car in every possible angle and it didn't leak anymore.

Dried out my carpet for good and called it a day...
