Is anyone else having issues with genuinevwaudiparts.com?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had any trouble with returning something at genuinevwaudiparts.com? I ordered the black rs4 grill from them a week ago and received the chrome one instead. The order confirmation and even the package slip clearly states that I ordered the black matte grill. I have tried contacting them a few times but have yet to receive any word from them. Any one know if they have a phone number so that I can contact them? Thanks!

I've never had anything but a great experience with them... Doesn't your receipt or order confirmation have a phone number on it? I'm lazy and don't feel like digging for my past receipts right now...

Well you could try calling miramar audi, I believe that is the dealership whom is actually "genuinevwaudiparts.com".

yes i am still waiting for my core return credit, after numerous emails still no refund. its been four months.

very unhappy

and i have spent over $1,500 in the last six months
