After replacing the turbos the car won't start. the battery was disconnected and engine out. Is there something that needs programmed? It turns over but won't stay on. All the lights work and I'm not getting any codes on the generic ob2 scanner. Any suggestions.

I would check the MAF or a possible vacuum leak somewhere. When there's a vacuum leak the car will start for a few seconds then die.
You also may want to check fuel lines as well. Good luck

Ok so there isn't any reprograming issue going on? Some people told me that once the batteries out for a while the car needs to be reprogrammed from the dealer, but the guy I talked to at the dealer never heard about that.
