Electrical Help Please!!!!!

I have a S4 year. 2000. Recently the sound went out, the a/c and heat. the defrost and the side mirrors do not work. Big Electrical problem. I am in the Northwest Washington area and defrost and heat is a must. and gets dangerous when the windows fog up. I have already changed out all the fuses. I am thinking it has something to do with the bus moduels. But I really do not know. I went to one shop, 95$ an hour to take the dash out and they said it would take about 4 hrs. So its like $350 for all that for them to find the problem. So I definetly want some feedback first. If anyone can give any help or adive on this issue I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!!!

i dunno may be a interior chassis ground. ill look at some diagrams tonight (if theyre in the shop manual)

Do your power windows work? What about your interior lights? If the answer is no, I would check your alternator fuse. If it is your alternator fuse, check the power terminal on your alternator, something may be touching it and causing it to short.
