no the highbeam bulb is the same. the projecter in the bi-xenon's is larger and also output's more light when the highbeams come on.

Yeah, I wanted the ones you got, but only because they are xenon. But they aren't bi-xenon so it won't matter much from the ones I won from the same seller. My current joey mods weren't xenon anyhow; I retrofitted them and assume I can do the same with the ones I won. Simple to do; and since I knew I'd be painting the inside it didn't matter that they were chrome.
Can't believe they only went for $102.50 regardless. I almost feel like I could mess these up and won't be a big deal. Hopefully they'll turn out OK.

I'm also going to look at hacking out my projector lens housings from my current headlights and re-forming them in to be the high-beams on my e-codes. Dual projectors FTW. Shouldn't be too hard to do with some fuzor and lots of sandpaper, lol. I mean, I'm going to be reforming lots of plastic as it is to do the LED strip. So what's one more thing?
I'm not worried about beam pattern of high beams as I never really use them anyhow. Hopefully I can place the projectors in a good enough spot that it will be fine.

you were the guy i outbid? i just set this sniping program for $600 and it sniped in at the last couple seconds. it was awesome. i'm not really into the joey mod, i've seen it done a couple times and some look pretty good, but it looks like so much work. ecodes look so much better.

Yeah, that was me. I was at the Bengals game and trying to use my phone to up the bid but the internet just wouldn't work. I'm starting out with ecodes for the Joey mod so they should look the same. Not looking forward to the work though.

well it depends on what color you do your joey mod.
if you do them black, they will be much darker than an ecode.
ecodes and late 2005 models have a dark grey housing.

hahahaha believe it or not, thats where my hip went into the wall when me and my sis were having a fight. when we were younger she used to kick the sh*t out of me and that was the result. this was my old room though its just used for storage now, as you can see its getting repaint and patched up.
