Engine cleaner

What are people using these days to clean their engine bays? I used to use Simple green on my other cars almost seven years ago. Is that still good or has some other product proved better?

Simple green sounds good maybe watered down some. I've used just a wet rag w/some soap.

Simple Green will work for the light stuff. For some of the buildup I have seen you will definitely need some brake cleaner or engine degreaser. Be sure to have an air hose to blow everything off with after wetting the engine bay down.

I usually use my leaf blower...lol.
