The 5th annual winter Treffen to be held Saturday December 13th, 2008 at Lake Park in Tampa, Florida from 11am-5pm.

This 5th annual winter Treffen is a gathering of fellow VW, Audi BMW, Porsche and other European cars enthusiasts for not only local enthusiasts but for all those willing to make the trek down or up to central Florida. This GTG is for everyone, its a very relaxing atmosphere with barbeque pits, volleyball area and a lake view. Bring the Family and let's make this GTG Fun. Oh, There will be the usual raffles, prizes and FOOD & BEVERAGES for all attendees.

Vendor products will be on sale so have cash and credit on hand. (There will be some great deals from our sponsors.)

That would be awesome. If not I think I can pull some strings and get something a date at CRANES ROOST in Altamonte. Its just shitty when time is put into an event and no one shows up but then bitches about nothing happening here in orlando.

Went down to Winter Treffen. It was ok. Not as many cars as I thought there would be. Got to meet some folks from the boards, and Pyro helped me find I-275. Um, this quote wasn't necessarily accurate: "There will be the usual raffles, prizes and FOOD & BEVERAGES for all attendees." Now, the people in the field NEXT to us had food and beverages, but we didn't. I should have brought a cooler as some others did. I put my camera away after the first few minutes, so I didn't take a lot of pics. A few more Audis showed up (Cyrix, Pyro), but I didn't feel like getting my camera back out. Chris and Juan took nicer pics.
