Just want to whore around a bit and say my good (!!) experiance at the dealer yesterday. Before my Audi i had a SAAB 9-3 and thoes at that dealership were the most fucked up persons ive ever meat. When i were there all i could think of were: where the hell do you find these people?! Rude unservicemineded bitches! The Audi guys are totaly diffrent.
My car had its first service yesterday and the service-customer-dude were super polite and he always is. The protocals we went through were so formal and we went through everything they were going to do and i got to say what i wanted and what i didnt want them to do (such as upgrade the nav or do any with that, afraid im gonna loose my VIM-hack). They asked me if i needed a car and im like: ehm not if youre going to charge me because i can sort it out otherwise.
-Well we dont have any cars in (it was like 06:45am) sice the carsellers drive them to and home from work but ill call a taxi that will take you to work that we'll pay for offcourse!
After about two hours i get a cal from the dealership asking if they could play some music on the stereo. And im like, haha you go do that, but if you break it you buy it!
So i went to pick up the car i had a whole dealership around my car poppin "who let the dogs out" in the showroom. I just laughed when i steped through the door.
We sat down once again to go through what they done. And this is what he said:
- You said that the dash-cupholder stuck sometime, thats replaced.
- The s-line doorsil where loose (from when i installed the power cable to the stereo upgrade) so we took that of and putt in new plastic plugs. If it starts to come loose agian come back and we'll replace the doorsill. (he know thats were the powercable where drawn sice i showed him later, but he didnt care about that, its suposed to sit tight he said)
- You have 1L Mobile 1 Engien Oil in a special back in the front right fotwhel. Thats on the house.
- And we let the detaildepartment wash your car. Its not perfect but we didnt want to hand out a dirty car (it were more gray then black when i turned it in)

the whole time we talked. And the funiest thing!
Last saturday when driving past a nightclub i see the audi salesman that sold me my car going out of the club and he sees me and flag me down. I drive him home and he said: Come by the dealership and i'll fill your car up!
I didnt realy reflect about that cuz he where drunk and its always good to be nice to people that deals with things like this.
But i meat him in the showroom and he asked if he owed me something. And i saw that they had a brand new A6 3.0TDI Quattro Tip. outside and i said: naw, let me take that A6 for a spin and we call it even!
Sure, just let me find the key!

I like the fact that when you come up to 225kmh you still have another gear to use.
Overall i were very impressed how proffesional the dealer were and how much they did that i havent asked for and i didnt pay for it! Just payed for the ordinary service cost.
