white a4 with tire shine sling

after i wash my car i am 100% guaranteed that my car will be dirty within 10minutes of driving. this is because when i put one coat of tire shine on my tires the stuff flys off and goes on the side of my car. is there any tire shine that will stop this or at least not leave as much spray?

dont put so much on. ive had the same bottle of tire shine for about a year now and ive only used1/2 of it and i wash the car at least every other week, usually every sunday

and if you aren't already, stick with a gel instead of a spray, it tends to stay on longer and adhere to the tire better. I usually don't drive my car for a bit after i wash it, a) so i can show it off outside, and b) so all the water dries up and the tire gel sticks to the tire better in the sun.

I third VRT - great product but it leaves more of a satin finish instead of "wet"

the gel ones are oil based which don't stick very well so they sling. get a water based one

if you don't mind me asking what tire dressing are you using that is slinging so much.

also you might want to wipe the excess off or go easier on it.
