Replace Scratched Buttons?

is it possible to replace all my buttons. There all pretty much scratched off. Im the second owner of the car. Its a4 its just really scratched up from the key hole to the knob for the lights. My friend claims she had hers replaced. But we lost touch i cant even ask her. I called a authorized audi service place today they acted like i was crazy. So i came on here hoping someone could help because its bugging me looking at these buttons that are all white.. PLEASE HELP

yes, you can find them fairly cheap on ebay. that is where i am getting mine from.
