    Corner balancing

    i need to get an alignment but debating if i need corner balancing. i have coilovers and was wondering is it really necessary if i dont track my car.

    What do you have besides coilovers? adjustable control arms? Sway bar links? It's not necessary.

    For a street driven daily driver corner balancing is overkill.

    There is no point adjusting corner heights to within a tenth of an inch if all the rubber suspension bushings flex and let the whole hub move a couple times that.

    This was in 2005. It ran a lot of laps at various heights and configurations and the balance wasn't worth more than a fraction of a second. Race cars generally have four basic setups for short left, short right, long left, and long right. They aren't balanced all the time either.
