Do they come with mounting hardware?

If they are OEM then you dont need any additional hardware to come with it. All you have to do is open your door and on the inside where the Blade attaches to the door is 2 scews, one at each end. Unscrew them slide the blade out put in new blade and screw in the 2 screws. Very simple.

It took me literally 10 minutes to do all four blades plus i wiped the inside of where the blade goes as well. me no like dirt

I'd guess several factors. Brand new OEM parts can only be had for so cheap. There are no good knock-offs YET. People want them and they don't pop up in the classifieds everyday. When they do, you better have clicked refresh within a minute of them appearing, or all you'll see is SOLD!

I just ordered a set! I am excited, this was the best price I found anywhere short of used, but those are always usually painted, I plan to rock mine un-painted this winter then paint them and my lowers in the spring. Now I just hope that shipping is fairly fast haha

This is what i used to think until i got mine in the mail opened up and understood that its not some sort of flappy plastic piece. I mean yes it is plastic but the way its constructed is pretty well doen and they way it mounts is all there. When you feel and touch you'll understand!!!

Why does a front bumper cost so much especially aftermarket, because of the way it was built and the quality. Someone had initially had to put some brains into making it or creating that piece and thats why it cost so much.

Sorry didnt mean to be such a smart ass but there is one reason why we buy these blades. THEY JUST LOOK DAMN GOOD ON OUR CARS
