Audi navi plus RNS-E problem

I bought and installed the navigation, it works perfectly... There is just one problem, the red light that should light up the buttons is not working... Every cable is correctly connected...

Help please...

if you used an adapter harness, i heard some of those can be made pretty shoddily.
Whan i was researching it, most people called up some company and they helped them out over the phone.

do a search on google and i'm sure you'll find someone with the same issue.
