they didnt but it looks better than the b8 a4 that ive seen on the road so far. The flares looks wider than the b7 I meant. Still not agressive enough yet...

Definately looks better than non-sline A4's. It should have at least had a more aggressive front IMO.

i would be surprised if the fenders are wider than the standard b8 (unless this has been released and i'm wrong).

As a SF native all above location attribution is spot on! Audi does a lot of stuff in the City. There is a 5-Star hotel called The Clift that AOA rents out the front entrance area for its new models. They park them, under special lighting, for about a week at a time...really pisses off the cabbbie's

A lot of car companies use the bay area for advertising. Marin headlands is one of the most popular places to shoot because there are no guardrails. Makes sense that they would shoot urban in SF and then move to Marin for the rolling shots.
