Question about H&R Springs Drop Height

I have a '00 1.8TQM with the sport suspension. I know for the the H&R Sport it is 1.25" Front, 1.0" Rear and for the Race it is 1.9" Front, 1.5" Rear. What numbers can I expect being that I'm already on OEM Sport Suspension?

Pretty low, had the actual dementions but i lost them.

I'm assuming that's H&R Race?
