Evolution MotorSports has engineered a new performance and maintenance component for the VW/Audi 2.0T Motors. The EVOMS 2.0T Boost Recirculation Valve (BRV) Kit is a direct replacement for the OEM unit and features an improved and more efficient design. Our BRV is CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized and utilizes military spec Vitonâ„¢ O-rings. The EVOMS CAD designed BRV employs the same operating principal from our 1.8T piston diverter valve which has been successfully operating for nearly 8 years. Combining our successful design principles, stringent theoretical computer and real world testing, the EVOMS 2.0T BRV eliminates issues of boost leaks and diaphragm sticking and deterioration that is consistent with the OEM valve in higher than stock horsepower applications.
The EVOMS BRV employs a mechanical, boost referenced, operation over the factory electromagnetic operation. By using vacuum/boost pressure over the OEM electronic control, alleviates communication delay and increases reliability and performance. High levels of heat from the valves direct mounting to the turbo and the inconsistency of operation lead to the factory valve’s premature demise. With our billet construction and mechanical operation, it can handle significantly more heat and power. These valves were originally designed for the Porsche 997TT and have been tested to 750+ horsepower with perfect success. They have been extensively tested on the 2.0T motors from stock to 340+ horsepower with unparallel results. Our OEM approach extensive, kit includes everything needed to convert a 2.0T to a better performing and more reliable performance machine.

Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement.
We now have the world’s first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible.

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, and the procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on the following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI. Please note: This valve fits the turbocharger mounted solenoid valves and will not fit the latest 2007 on, remote mounted solenoid valves, on the S3, 30th Edition Golf and Leon Cupra R, which have a different bolt pattern.
