humming sound w/ steering

I notice recently that when the car is cold it make this humming sound w/ steering, especially pulling out of a parking spot. The humming gets louder as I turn the steering wheel. Does anyone have this problem and what I should do the fix it?

happened to me.. turns out there was a leak w/ the power steering fluids...... got it fixed under warranty
