yeah right now I'm in new paltz, gotta hold of friend live up here, took the rakced rim, he has tig and stick for aluminum so he weld it shut. put can of fixflat, air back in and it's fixed for now.

but really I will get new rims for sure with 235/40/18..... this is like my bad memory of year ago with my truck also had 245/35/20... rim completely lost piece and hell a work trying to switch rims on baeed truck on side of highway.... took 2 jacks, one to life body, one to lift suspension....

hoping this stays until I get back to long island tomorrow... so I can put stock ones back on..

I run 235/45/17 tires in nebraska. it may look like boring roads but they can have some bad potholes. I feel a lot safer running taller sidewalls during normal commute but I run smaller sidewalls when I meet up with locals.

yeah also considering for 17 as well. I might run the stock ones back on for winter so I have more $ to spend on rims in spring...

this is daily but at same time I try what I can do to make this car nice when I can. I like to have cars not beater so will see what my budget is next month, see get either 17 or 18 rims...... since getting ready to do suicide doors on truck etc. winter projcts lists are pretty full...
