I'm not aware of Revo's history, but it seems that people may had bad experience with them. Personally, I've ran it for the past 2-years with no problems. I am concern though; what are some of the issues that people have had with Revo???
I'm going to just throw this out there.....I haven't had any personal experiences w/ REVO......but not many places are a "dealer" for them, and they are not well known, people like to have GIAC or APR dealers close to them incase a problem occurs, many in midwest go w/ VAST for location, WMS in Cali, ect. I'm aware of only a single handfull of Well KNOWN shops that carry REVO flashes.....and APR and GIAC have proven themselves to be reliable, good tunes w/ great customer service.
So go w/ something that works and is proven.....not saying REVO doesn't add torque/HP, but the #'s for it are conservative compared to say GIAC or a high-boost custom tune....if REVO is the only thing local to you, than I would do that, but if you have choices from either GIAC or a custom tune, I would personally go that route.
And on another note, I don't think I know a single person on the forums that is running REVO stage 3 software, its almost as rare as someone running Dahlback or MTM stage 3 (or 4 or 5) software
