I have a DTC, wondering if this is going to simple or complex. See DTC inside.

I do not have a check engine light, although my temp gauge is all the way down until about 5 miles into a drive, then it just jumps all the way to the center of the gauge. Here is the code, I'm hoping I only need a CTS and that the one I have is not the updated green sensor.
