How much tread?

Hey guys, have a question..

Stated to have at least 85% tread left, i just want to double check with some tire gurus.

hard to tell for sure, looks more like 50% to me.

most new tires have a tread depth of 10/32" to 11/32" and the line on the penny is right about 1/4"....

so with that in mind, i would venture to bet its at about 80-85%.

just my .02 for what its worth.

been a while since I was in the tire business though.
