    Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew what color stock shocks come in? Mine are read but have the audi emblem on them...usually stocks are black?

    NonSport shocks are black.
    Sport shocks are red.

    so then they are aftermarket? or possibly s4 shocks? because they do have the audi emblem on them

    you are confused. red shocks = oem audi sport package shocks. doubt they are s4 shocks, that would suck.

    they have the four rings stamped on them because they are oem

    If they are red then your car came with stock sport suspension from the factory.

    Aren't OEM s4 shocks red? does that mean they are the same as A4 sport shocks?
    I do work around the South East on your 1.8t or 2.7t, PM for more info

    probably not because S4 shocks and springs have to be a bit different due to the weight distribution with the much heavier engine

    hey i have aftermarket springs with stock shocks. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any suspension kits to lower my car. Im not reallly looking for coilovers.
