will the RS4 become a classic?
when you really think about it, there are no classic cars anymore. Cars are too common/disposable now. In the 50s/60s, for the first time cars became attainable items for the general public. They became cooler, colorful, and auto design became a key factor. Those cars turned into classics 20 years later because they were some of the first 'special' cars. For the past 30 years though, nothing has been put up on a pedestal because cars are now ubercommon.
If you're thinking 10 or 20 years from now the RS4 will be 'a classic' consider this exercise.
go back over the 1980s and 90s...has there been anything (other than the odd $200,000 supercar) that today is truly coveted or revered as a classic?
When I see cars from the 80s or 90s, I can't say I ever drop my jaw and say 'Hey! look at that beauty!'

CAFE norms
1.kicking in soon(goodbye v8s)
2.One of the first RS available in america
3.Very low volume
Will this make this car a future classic and hold its value like crazy
Lately Im thinking a lot about an RS4 to replace my 1er and Im trying to convince myself that it would be a good car to keep for 5 years(which I never did before). I doubt that the b7 rs4 will ever be outdated.
