i have a A3 3.2 (3660 curb weight) with 225/35/19 Toyo Proxes4 tires. the shop said they typically put 32 psi. my 18" suggested 42 psi. we went ahead and put 38 psi. the seem a bit flat IMO.

any other recommendations? i live in the D.C. area if that matters.

    thanks

Audi A3 has axle ratings of (Front) 2535 lbs and (Rear) 2469 lbs. Assuming the Toyo is an XL tire, it can carry 1,235 lbs max. Tire carries max load at 36 PSI, but will still be short on load. Should have done 235/35-19.

    Thanks Doc.

Well, hope nothing goes bad. I assume it'll just be quicker wear and then I can change it up. I only got 225 b/c I didn't know if I'd rub or not. I now know I have room to spare to go up a size.
