Ok, so the wierd noise I heard isn't the cat. It's a really bad misfire. I checked the cat yesterday and its fine, pulled my codes at my boys house.
    Cylinder misfire dtected- randdom cylinders
Fuel trim bank one condition- Bank 1 is 2 lean
Random misfires bank cylinder 1 and 2

Hmmm, I'm gonna pull my plugs today and start with the simple things first. Any ideas, might be an bad 02 sensor?

Sounds like it's a vacuum leak. What are the symptoms of the car at idle and normal driving?

    bad coilpack?

clear the codes. switch the coilpacks around and see if you missfire on a different cylinder.

Idles smooth as silk. Letting the clutch out at idle no problems, touch the gas pedal and its so herky jerky its rediculous. Won't go anywhere for like the first 1-3k RPM then will take off for 1k rpm then herky jerk. When I say herky Jerk I mean slam your head off the steering wheel then back into the headrest type of jerking.
