    06 S-line brake question

Curiously looking at parts.com for OEM replacement pads, rotors etc. and they show the following
    Rear pads:
    rear w/o quattro a4 2.0l
    rear w/o quattro a4 3.2l
    rear w/ quattro a4 3.2l
    rear w/ quattro S4

    WTF?

Also for front pads they list A4 all, and then also S4.
    Huh?

    Is that for s-line?

Basically....does the S-line have bigger rotors or pads than the standard A4.
If so, for front and rear or only for front or rear?

    I have an 06' 2.0T w/ quattro, S-line, tech, premium, etc.

    Thanks

    Re: 06 S-line brake question

All B7s have the same brakes, regardless of Sline or not. The B6/7 S4 and B7A4 share the same front caliper, so either brake pad scan be used. I'm not sure about the rear brakes though.

Check out genuinevwaudiparts.com, OEM parts for good prices.

    Thanks for the brake info.

You do realize that many of the parts places utilize the same database, warehouse, etc. and charge different prices, right?

Check out parts.com and genuinevwaudiparts.com Same prices, same warehouse, same web software.

    Not unusual.

    Re: 06 S-line brake question

Maybe true but I'm pretty sure that genuinevwaudiparts is Miramar Audi in San Diego. Where the parts are getting shipped from, I don't know but I usually receive my order in 3 days with ground shipping. Plus, they only have parts listed for Audi or VW.
