S4 Tranny

so i pretty much got suckered in the deal i got, i bought my car with a bad tranny (synchros, sleeves, gears themselves etc...) so instead of going through the hassle of fixing it i just bought a new one. anyone know where i can get a rebuild kit at a fair price so that i can try and make some money back, or is it pointless to put the money into it at this point?

JHMotorsport has all of the parts, but it'll cost you a lot of money to replace everything including gears... are you sure he gears are bad? He has a video on how to rebuild the tranny that you should probably watch first.
