need help with vibration...

hopefully someone out there can help....... i am getting a vibration between 65-80mph when im on the highway. my front end is good got new axle and some cotrol arms changed, new tires, had the wheels balanced (twice by two different shops), and im not getting vibrating/ shaking in the steering wheel, just the car, i feel it in the pedal. the vibrating is bad and is very annoying cause it shakes my whole foot when driving.

i have an a6 4.2. can anyone offer any help, or if anyone has experienced this................................

it sounds like its somthing in the rear cuz your steeringwheel isnt shaking but the rest of the car is. Its got to be your tires or maybe you need a third balance? it sounds like all the rest of the work that was done was towards the front. other than that, i would do a search and see what other members have to say about vibrations.

Make sure the wheels are torqued down and sitting properly on the hub.

Do you have stock wheels? If not, do your wheels need rings?

i had that before and it was a bent rear axel.
