PNW avant here as well, yep, mountains from Mt. Hood to Whistler. (Live by Mt. Hood). Have the Koni FSD/Eibach pro kit (shox.com and others) and am very happy. It's a moderate drop with a comfortable ride. Unless you're off roading on 2 rut roads a lot (fire roads, etc.) you'll be very happy with this setup. Comparing it to S-line loaner cars that we get on occasion (your suspension), it's slightly more comfortable, so no worries about a harsher ride. To put it another way, it's my wife's daily driver, and we both find it quite comfortable, the FSD setup is great for that. She did notice the slightly lower entry when she was pregnant, (the car started out life as a "4x4" stock (non-sport) suspension) but as long as you're looking for a moderate drop, and don't have too many sharp crested driveways you enter and exit up there in YVR land, you should be very happy. You'll want to approach sharp angled driveways with caution with any of these setups, but then again, my friend complains some of the driveways around here scrape his stock Dodge charger, so guess it depends how sharp angled they are where you live. If you must have adjustability, then the Stasis streetsports are a similar system and would be excellent, but if you want to set it and forget it, the koni FSD/eibach pro-kit is set at a good compromise ride height for comfort/sport, is all weather capable, and is very comfortable.
