alright thanks... do they deflect glare from headlights at all ?? i remember my old E36 M3 mirrors were blueish and they did just that.

Sure thing! The blue tint on the mirrors is actually to help prevent glare and tone down the light / reflection on the driver.

I'd say it really depends on your driving style and conditions. If you are constantly in an area where your mirrors are critical (parallel parking, heavy traffic, etc...) then these certainly are well worth it.
