It's time, my first pics

Alright guys well i've had my a4 for a solid month and its time i post some pics of it i guess. I didn't get quite as much done until i ran outta funds for now as i would've liked but oh well... now i've got something to save for. I bought this car from an AZ member, and it's a 2000 a4 sport tqm. Previous owner installed a giac chip, with techtonics downpipe and exhaust with borla mufflers, and drilled front rotors. So far i've installed a forge splitter valve, h&r springs, Kyowa kr628 wheels with cooper tires, put in 6000k d2r bulbs, 2500k fogs, cleared the corners, and done the dual rear fog mod. Also have some audi centercaps on the way for my wheels. $2500 in a month so i need to chill, maybe Anyways, on with the pics!





Sorry for the crappy phone pics, i was at work and didn't have a digital. Future mods will be bilstein grooved struts, boost gauge, a testpipe/HFC, heavy duty turbo inlet pipe, RS4 grill, ebay short shifter, possible repaint to black or the R8 white, and 20% window tint. Thanks for looking and thank all of you to the help with questions I've had. I've owned mainly hondas and an e46 (which was totaled by a friend at prom) and i'm glad to be back in the german scene

Looks nice I've always loved pearl as a color! Also I would recommend using D2S HID bulbs as D2R bulbs are intended for reflector housings (unless you have them in your high beams).

Also those are some darn good pics for a phone!

yeah that was a mistype, bulbs are d2s. Thanks tho! And yeah, the iphone takes good pics! Just sucks you cant zoom or adjust much and you can only email photos. Oh well, give and take i guess.

yeah the car looks good but it gets ghostly with the rims. maybe if they were brighter or had polished lips but the all black with the pinstrip doesnt "pop" for me. Just my opinion of course.

but otherwise welcome man and i also like pearl white. still not as clean as casa though

thanks for the comments guys! As for the grill surround, I think I'm gonna color match the outter ring when I get my rs4 one. And I see the general opinion on the wheels is no-go but that's cool. I wanted to stick to a mesh style and also wanted to break up all the lightness of my car so I went black. It was either these or a polished lip which I feel like was played out 5 years ago, no offense. I'm thinking about painting over the red lip either black or pearl. Wanna keep Em black tho to tie in my black lowers, which I think look good painted on most colors, just not white. Also may be painting the mirror caps black once I tint my windows. Just a thought so don't flame that :) also I do plan on getting an m3 lip spoiler once I decide if I'm keeping it this color or not.

Paint the lowers! It will look really good. Also grab an RS4 grille while your at it (best mod evar)

i would paint the lowers, get darker tint, black out your grill surround trim, and maybe consider blacking out your rear emblem. That is with the wheels you have, wheels change a whole great deal to the cars style.

dude nice b5... don't respray the car, pearl is sick! just paint all the black plastic down bottom (i'm spoiled, my S4 came that way), slap an RS4 grill on there and you'll be looking good. i really like the wheels, well played

thanks guys, I've got both sets of my wheels for sale so whichever sells I will keep the other. I'm definately sticking with the panda theme tho. I actually like my black lowers right now but I want to do the s4 front eventually which in that case I will paint tho lowers for sure. I'm getting my rs4 grill and tint for Christmas tho so that will tie everything together a little more.
