    You need to check out the link -- Bear Mountain is just above NJ border (Parkway), by Hudson river overlooking Hudson valley -- great roads around there.

    Here is the link to get people to the waiver form and describing event a bit -- details re start time and location are done by organizer via email ("flufhead" here on AZ) so as not to trigger presence of too many "official" cars with colored lights in grille and atop their modded cars, if you get my drift.

    VJ - seems very quiet inside (I hear S-flow, too) so by all means take it for a spin so I can stand outside and hear it, too.

    Great sounds like a plan.. I hope 5speed could make it. He want to switch headlights with him. I live like 20 mins always from the starting location.

    Well this pic shows what happened last trip to Bear Mountain when I went with my Z and a friend with his Skyline RB26 powered S14 240sx.. His S14 met its demise that day.. Back left wheel was eye level to me when I was standing and he almost went over the side of the mountain... And no, he wasn't driving fast..



    Plus I have to work Sunday :( But on a positive note, I think I spotted a great photo spot today that I drove past & will be heading back on Friday to check out more..

    Thanks, its a Strosek. Very rare. They only make kits for Porsche and Z cars... The stuff they make for Porsche, especially the 993 & 996, is gorgeous. The rest of the kit for the Z makes it a widebody in the rear but its a fortune..

    If you guys are talking about the CLIFFS..........then is sounds like it going to be a good day out.* Can't wait.* Got some friends coming up from PA to do this.* Hopefully some Avant show up.* I'll have mine and my best friend is bring up his W8 passat wagon.Also on Nov. 9th theres another cruise going on too.* ROYAL FLUSH RALLIES POKER RUN.* Starts in NJ and ends up in Conn. i think.* Ran some on=f the cruise last Sunday.* Good roads will be used.* (Taconic State Park Way)* Sooo Much Fun!

    What a great outing! Incredible weather, peak foliage, great roads thru Hudson Valley, and over 50 Audis, couple M5s, couple 'vettes, a Z, a Mini that stuck to road like glue. Mostly S4s, mostly all modded, mostly all fast.

    Turbos got some exercise today and value of suspension mods was reinforced. You'll be glad to hear that a blue C5 stayed right with them. (and home in time to see Giants beat Steelers, too)

    need more A6s next year.

    Oh yeah. I won a gift certificate from AWE (raffle). This, after I swore no more mods. Anybody use the AWE drivetrain stabilizer bar on a 6MT?
